This is a petition seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus to direct respondents no. 1 to 3 to get the detenues mentioned in para no. 4 of the petition released, from the illegal detention of respondents no. 4 to 6. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Chetan Sharma, AAG Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Present petition is disposed of with a direction that Deputy Commissioner, Kurukshetra would conduct an enquiry into the matter and in case detenues are found at the spot, they would be released forthwith.
