Learned counsel for respondents Nos.3 to 6 and 8 to 12 submitted that earlier they had been using a passage along with railway line, which was forming part of Killa Nos.1 and 10. The land is presently owned by Smt. Sunita wife of Pirthi Singh son of Gugan and Smt. Sorma wife of Murti Singh son of Gugan, residents of Village Budha Khera, Sub Tehsil Uklana, Tehsil Barwala, District Hisar. They are ready and willing to give passage from their land. It is further submitted that respondents No.3 to 6 and 8 to 12 are ready and willing to settle the areas to be exchanged for providing passage to their portions of land and even to provide passage to the person who had sold land to them.

The Commissioner had remanded the matter back to the Consolidation Officer directing that the passage is to be provided through a shortest route. However, in the process it is to be ensured that land of any Ravinder Singh 2017.07.03 17:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
