***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel seeks to place on record affidavit of Prabhjot Singh, Assistant Commissioner of Police, East, Amritsar City. Prayer is accepted. Affidavit is taken on record. Referring to Para 02 thereof, he submits that the alleged detenue i.e. son of the petitioner is involved in 13 cases. He, at present, is in judicial custody and detained in Central Jail, Amritsar.

In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Dismissed.
