The parties were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 09.07.2024 for exploring the possibility of amicable settlement of the issue. A report dated 03.10.2024 has been sent by the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court as per which, the parties have amicably resolved their dispute and the same stands settled. The settlement agreement dated 03.10.2024 has also been sent alongwith the report of Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
