The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a direction to the respondent-Bank to restore OTS scheme for ` 886.00 lacs which was finalized in the Lok Adalat at DRT-I, Chandigarh on 14.02.2015 and further for setting aside the order dated 08.06.2015 (Annexure P-7) passed by the DRT-I, Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the dispute between the borrower and the Bank has since been settled. Thus, it was prayed that the instant petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
