(Oral) This is a petition seeking a writ in the nature of habeas corpus to direct respondents No.1 to 3 to release the detenues mentioned in Para 3 of the petition from the illegal detention of respondents No.4 to 6. Reply by way of affidavit of Mohammad Tayyab, District Magistrate, Kapurthala, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. According to learned State counsel, all the detenues have been released.

In view of the above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
