Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying, inter-alia, for setting aside the impugned order dated 01.07.2022 passed by Ms.Rajwinder kaur-II, Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana (P-1) as well as to stay further proceedings in Civil Suit-44852-2017, titled as Ramesh Rani Vs. Narinder Kumar Gulati.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to file fresh with better particulars.
