Prayer made in the present petition was for quashing of the orders, whereby penalty of censure and recovery was imposed. 2.

As is recorded in the interim order dated 06.08.2012, learned counsel for the petitioner had stated that the issue as raised in the present petition involving similar facts, stands admitted in CWP-1472-2007. However, during the pendency of the case at hand, the Division Bench disposed it of on 28.04.2014, in view of the judgment passed in Radhey Shyam Verma vs. Financial Commissioner and others, LPA-1190-2012, dismissed on the same day, which when carried up in SLP-30315-2014, met a similar fate on 10.11.2014. 3.
