(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to correct the entries in revenue records in favour of the petitioners and deliver the possession of khasra No.72/2 (8-0) to the petitioners.
In pursuance of notice of motion, reply on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3 has been filed in Court today, same is taken on record. It is stated in the reply that entries in revenue record have been corrected and petitioners have been given physical possession of khasra No.72/2(8-0).
