This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for disobedience of the directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Lalita Kumari vs. State of Uttar Pradesh [(2014) 2 SCC 1]. 2.

Pursuant to order dated 28.05.2025, today learned State counsel has filed an affidavit of Inspector Sukhbir Singh, Station House Officer, Sector 5, Gurugram alongwith an enquiry report, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. It has been stated in the enquiry report that FIR No.356 dated 16.10.2024 under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 329(3) and 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27(1) of the Arms Act, 1959 (offences under Section 30 of the Arms Act and Section 190 of BNS were added later on) was registered at Police Station Sector 5, Gurugram against the petitioner herein and her husband Sunil Sharma, her father-in-law Prem Singh and her two sons, namely, Gaurav and Suraj. COCP-2572-2025 -2Guarav Singh, who are husband and son of the petitioner herein were arrested and the petitioner herself, her father-in-law Prem Singh and son Suraj were hiding and avoiding arrest. The case set up in the FIR was that Sunil Sharma threw out the occupant Veer Kumar from the house built on the disputed plot on 14.10.2024 and made his parents occupy the house. On 16.10.2024, Shimbhu Ram and Karamjeet, who are the complainants in FIR No.356 dated 16.10.2024, went to talk to the accused Sunil Sharma. Sunil Sharma and his sons Gaurav, Suraj and his wife Sushma (petitioner herein) alongwith his father Prem Chand met them. Sunil Sharma fired four shots from his revolver with the intention to kill the complainant in FIR No.356 dated 16.10.2024 and four empty shells and one live round were recovered from the spot. Video of the incident is also stated to be available. Holding the petitioner to be the aggressor party, the complaint given by the petitioner herein was filed.

In view of the enquiry report filed by learned State counsel, no further order is called for in the present contempt petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
