***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant all consequential benefits including pay fixation to the petitioner after counting Military service rendered by him.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the previous date of hearing despite the fact that the matter was called twice over. Same is the position today as there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even prior thereto, when the matter was listed on 28.07.2022 and 16.08.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought an adjournment on both occasions. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the case. 3.

Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
