***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Reply by way of affidavit of Sidharth Dhanda, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Hisar, has been filed in court today. Same is taken on record. Learned State counsel submits that alleged detenue was produced before the Illaqa Magistrate whereby her statement was recorded. She stated that she being major is entitled to live on her own. Her life and liberty is not in danger.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedy.
