On the asking of the court, Mr. C.L. Pawar, Sr. DAG, Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. Present petition is disposed of with a direction that Deputy Commissioner, Hoshiarpur, would conduct an enquiry into the matter and, in case, detenues are found at the spot, they would be released forthwith.
