Counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is prepared to settle the loan account. He has also produced a demand draft of Rs.1,00,000/- against outstanding amount of Rs.2,45,799/- as on 08.10.2023. Counsel asserts that pursuant to an order dated 29.11.2024, Annexure P-2, passed under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, 'SARFAESI Act'), petitioner is likely to be dispossessed from the mortgaged property, which comprises of a residential house constructed on a plot measuring 40 square yards.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon official respondents.

Mr. Gaurav Bansal, DAG, Haryana, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent Nos.2and 3 and states that possession of the secured HARISH KUMAR 2026.05.30 13:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-14633-2026 (2) assert was taken over and petitioners have forcibly re-entered the secured asset. He has produced a copy of order dated 27.02.2026 passed by this Court in CWP-6347-2026 and submits that a direction has been passed by this Court to restore the possession to the financial institution. 4.
Faced with the above development, counsel for the petitioners seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the present petition. 5.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
