*** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Notice of motion was issued in the matter vide order dated 05.07.2019. Thereafter, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Further, office report shows that notice could not be issued to the respondent for want of process fee. Moreover, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing i.e. 12.09.2023. Even today, none has appeared. It seems that neither the petitioner nor her counsel is interested in pursuing the instant criminal revision petition.

In view of the above, the instant revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
