The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the FIR No.181 dated 01.07.2020, (Annexure P-1) under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC of 1860 registered at Police Station Naraingarh, District Ambala and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 14.09.2020 (Annexure P-2).

Learned State counsel assisted by learned counsel for the complainant submits that there are four more victims in the present case, and the petitioner has not compromised the matter with them. 3.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
