CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GURBIR SINGH GURBIR SINGH , J. (Oral) On 15.06.2023, the following order was passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court:- "Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that detenue-Anjali, who was initially married with one Deepak Madaan on 11.02.2019, however, on account of the marriage falling in rough waters, she started living separately from Deepak Madaan. After having separated from her husband, the detenue entered into a live-in relationship with the petitioner out of free consent and without any pressure. It is contended that father of the detenue is in Haryana Police and that petitioner is a resident of Kaithal. Respondent No.4-father of the detenue forcibly entered the house of the petitioner and has taken away the detenue without her will and has confined her to some unknown place. He submits that he would be satisfied in case the Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, is directed to ensure production of the detenue before this Court so that the safety of the detenue can be ensured.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that they may be impleaded as respondents No.5 and 6 respectively. The prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner is accepted.

Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, Haryana and Station House Officer, Police Station Pundari, District Kaithal are impleaded as respondents No.5 and 6 respectively. An amended memo of parties shall be filed by the petitioner with the Registry of this Court within a period of three days from today.

Notice of motion for 22.06.2023.

The Superintendent of Police, Kaithal, shall ensure that detenue-Anjali wife of Deepak Madaan daughter of Sukhpal Singh respondent No.4 is produced before this Court on the next date of hearing."
