PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to apply for the regular bail. He further prays that the Trial Court be directed to consider the prayer of the petitioner for regular bail in the light of law laid down by Apex Court in the case of Tofan Singh vs. State of Tamil Nadu, (2021) 4 SCC 1. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court/Duty Magistrate and prays for admission on bail, this Court is quite sanguine that the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
