Prayer made in the petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of notice dated 14.07.2016 (Annexure P-12) vide which the petitioner was directed to carry out handling operation by obtaining labour license from Assistant Labour Commissioner, Karnal. Further, a writ of mandamus has been sought directing the respondents to withdraw the notice dated 14.07.2016 (Annexure P-12).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the appropriate authority by incorporating the grievance as raised in the present writ petition, however, direction be issued to the authority concerned to decide the same expeditiously in a time bound manner and by passing a speaking order in accordance with law.
