***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Learned counsel has stated that the petitioner got married to Beant Kaur. She is in illegal detention of private respondents No.4 to 9. Mr. Pawar, however, submits that the alleged detenue namely Beant Kaur is present in court. She has stated that she is living with her parents of her own free will.

In view of the above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
