On 13.02.2025 the following order was passed : 'As per the office report notice could not be issued to respondent No.2 for want of correct address.

Learned counsel for the appellants seeks one more opportunity to do the needful.

Last opportunity is granted, failing which the present appeal shall be dismissed for non-prosecution qua respondent No.2.

On filing of correct address of respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today, notice be issued to him returnable 28.05.2025.'

Till date there is no compliance of the said order. Today again a request for an adjournment is made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant to comply with the aforesaid order, for which no ground is made out.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
