Learned counsel for the petitioners has argued that the petitioners have moved representation (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2 and at this stage they would be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2 to look into the matter and decide their representation within any reasonable time.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, respondent No.2-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tehsil and District S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali is directed to look into the representation (Annexure P-2) and take action as per law.
