The principal prayer in this writ petition is to direct the Central Bureau of Investigation to hand over the original record pertaining to licence granted to the petitioner to the Department of Town and Country Planning, Haryana for the purpose of renewal of petitioner's Licence No.59/2009 dated 26.10.2009. We are informed that the original record was returned to the Department and on consideration thereof, the petitioner's licence has been renewed on 20.12.2016, a copy whereof has been handed over by learned State counsel, which is taken on record.
