(ORAL) Learned State counsel, submitting reply, contends that instant petition is completely frivolous in as much as son of the petitioner namely, Gurdeep Singh, was arrested in FIR No.42 dated 27.04.2018 under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. Reply by way of affidavit of A.S. Rai, IPS, Inspector General of Police, Patiala Range, Patiala, filed in Court today is taken on record. In view of above, petition is dismissed.
