Mr. Deepak Bhardwaj, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents and states that petitioner's application against advertisement issued in the year 2018 was rejected as he did not fulfil the eligibility conditions laid down under the policy dated 11.08.2016, as less than 75% of the land of petitioner was acquired. He has further instructions to state that petitioner never applied for allotment of plot under the said quota against advertisement issued in the year 2025.

Counsel for the petitioner requests for a deferment to seek instructions.
