(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that while issuing notice of motion, this case was ordered to be listed along with CWP No.15676 of 2014, which has been allowed on 29.10.2014. Thereafter, against said decision, LPA No.1097 of 2015 was filed by the State of Punjab, which has been decided on 03.12.2015 and order passed by the Single Bench has been set-aside.
