Counsel for the petitioner submits that though pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 13.2.2017, certain payments have been released to the petitioner but without passing any speaking order, some payments have been withheld without any opportunity of hearing, regarding which a claim has been again raised vide representation dated 11.5.2017 (Annexure P-1).

Without expression of any opinion on merits/ claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Executive Engineer (WSS), Water Supply, Municipal Corporation, Gurgaonrespondent No.8 to decide the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) within a period of two months after the receipt of certified copy of the order, explaining the reasons for withholding the balance amount.
