RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of roving writ in the nature of habeas corpus for search/release of detenue Kiran Jyoti daughter of the petitioner from the illegal custody of respondents No.4 and 5. Learned State counsel, on instructions from S.I. Jai Bhagwan, submits that alleged detenue and respondent No.4 have solemnised marriage and have also got their marriage registered in Rajasthan. The alleged detenue and her husband respondent No.4 also filed a joint protection petition before the Rajasthan High Court, which was disposed of on 11.05.2018.

On 12.10.2018 also the petitioner had gone unrepresented. Even today none is present on his behalf.

In view of above, instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous and for want of prosecution as well. (RAMENDRA JAIN) November 13, 2018 JUDGE R.S.
