Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.50 dated 26.05.2024, under Sections 406, 420, 506 of the IPC, registered at P.S. Arniwala, District Fazilka. 2.

Succinctly stated, the allegations levelled in the present FIR are that, petitioner's co-accused Ankush Vadhera, in connivance with the petitioner, received an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- from the complainant for enhancing the sections of IPC against Ranjit Kumar, with whom the complainant was having some dispute. This

 amount of Rs.2,00,000/- was given by the complainant, at the behest of the petitioner, to co-accused Ankush Vadhera, for giving it further to co-accused Aman Skoda. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court towards Annexure P-2, which is an inquiry report, to submit that the allegations (supra) have already been inquired into by the police and found to be false and incorrect. He further submits that, admittedly, no money was given to the petitioner. Lastly, he submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required and he is ready and willing to join the investigation and to cooperate with the investigating officer.

In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to join the investigation and to appear before the investigating agency, as and when called upon to do so. In the event of his arrest, he shall be admitted to interim bail on his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall abide by the terms and conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.  (.+
