(Oral) The petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing FIR No. 179 dated 31.5.2020, under Sections 363, 366-A and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka (Annexure P-1) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Surjeet Singh informs the Court that petitioner No.1 and the alleged victimrespondent No.3 have performed marriage and out of this wedlock a child has born, who is now 1-1⁄2 years old. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner No.1 alongwith victim-respondent No.3 and the minor child are living happily altogether. 2023:PHHC:096355 CRM-M-33095-2022 submits that in view of the aforesaid development, he has no objection if the FIR in question is quashed qua the petitioners herein. In view of what has been discussed hereinabove, this petition is allowed and FIR No. 179 dated 31.5.2020, under Sections 363, 366-A and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka along with all other consequential proceedings arising therefom, are ordered to be quashed qua the petitioners.
