**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed an application before the Medical Officer, Incharge Police Hospital 3rd Battalion HAP Hisar vide diary no.13687/AC-1 dated 18.11.2013 for allotment of house in the residential colony situated at Mini Secretariat, Hisar. Petitioner is still posted as a Medical Officer in 3rd Battalion, HAP Hisar and the house is not available for medical officer in the aforesaid battalion. The application in question has not been decided by the Deputy Commissioner, Hisar till date.

CWP No. 16038 of 2022 -2In view of nature of controversy/claim, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition by directing the respondent No.2 to take note of pending application dated 18.11.2013 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law. If the claim is found to be worth acceptance, then the needful be done preferably within a period of one month thereafter.

If the claim of the petitioner is not entertainable, then a speaking order be passed and the same be conveyed to the petitioner at the earliest.
