The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 CrPC for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to know the whereabouts of the daughter of the petitioner and to release her from the illegal custody of respondent Nos.4 to 6.
