Petitioners have sought a direction to the respondents to carry out development work in the locality known as Kabir Co-operative House Building Society Limited (respondent no. 5 herein). Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 3-Trust at the outset submits that a resolution has been passed by the Trust on 17.09.2017 whereby it has been decided to carry out various development works of the Society. The resolution is taken on record as mark 'A'.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of. However, this court hopes and trusts that matter is supervised by the Local Government Department.
