3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) By this petition the petitioner has challenged the selection to the post of Assistant Lineman by claiming that he is given only 0.67 marks out of 30 in the interview.

Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that it is factually incorrect since the petitioner was granted 12 marks out of 30 marks & even despite that he did not make the merit list. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to deny this.

Petition is dismissed.
