G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) C.M. No. 12448 of 2015 Application for placing on record Annexure P-7 is allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

The same is taken on record.

CWP No. 15622 of 2015 The petitioner seeks relief of consideration for recruitment to the post of PGT Lecturer/Computer on contract basis in the reserved category.

It is the case of the petitioner that an advertisement was issued by the respondents for recruitment of the said post for Adarsh schools on contract basis on 01.10.2013 and she had applied for the said post as per Annexures P-2 and P-3 and deposited the necessary fees on 08.10.2013 (Annexure P-3). It is the case of the petitioner that the candidates belonging to Mazbi Sikhs and Balmiki castes were called and the petitioner belongs to Rai Sikh was not considered. The candidates who have been called were not suitable and the said post was not filled. Counsel submits that he has served a legal notice upon the respondents on 24.04.2015 (Annexure P-6) but no action has been taken on the same.

-2feel necessary to call upon the respondents to file reply. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 1 to decide the legal notice dated 24.04.2015 (Annexure P-6) within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. Needless to say if the relief is to be denied, the order should contain reasons.
