On 19.01.2018, the following order was passed : "Deputy Chief Engineer, O&M Circle, BBMB Prem Nagar, Bhiwani is hereby directed to pass speaking order on the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2011 (Annexure P-2) before the next date of hearing and place it on record. He is also directed to consider petitioner's grievance with reference to the condition imposed in office order dated 13.01.2010 (Annexure R2 in paras i to iv). Further an affidavit be filed to the extent of discrimination in implementation of the office order dated 13.01.2010 (Annexure R2).

The respondent in compliance of aforesaid order has passed order dated 19.03.2018. The grievance of the petitioner was that he has not been paid HRA whereas it has been paid to other employees. 3.

Mr. Tajender K.Joshi, Advocate submits that HRA was paid to other employees by mistake and this fact stands noted in the para 6 of order dated 19.03.2018. As HRA was paid by mistake, the respondent has stopped payment to all other employees, thus, there is no ground to ask the respondents to pay HRA to the petitioner.

In view of abovesaid facts and circumstances, nothing survives and the present petition deserves to be dismissed and accordingly dismissed.
