Mr. Bhardwaj, has placed on record a copy of Memo No.A-7UB-2021/187377 dated 29.10.2021 to submit that an application for allotment of incidental open spaces has to be made by the plot holder online and physical applications cannot be accepted. He has instructions to state that, in case, an application is moved online, it shall be duly considered in accordance with the applicable policy and rules. 4.
