(Oral) CM-13224-CWP-2018 Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner argues that the similarly situated writ petitions claiming the same relief, have been disposed of by this Court on 03.08.2023 while passing order in CWP No. 4404 of 2015 titled as 'Harish Kumar and others v. State of Haryana and others, hence the order dated 17.11.2016 passed in the present petition may kindly be recalled with further payer that the present petition (CWP No. 14676-2016 ) be also dispsoed of in terms of Harish Kumar's case (Supra). Notice in the application.
Mr. Tapan Kumar Yadav, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondents and does not raise any objection in case prayer made in the present application is allowed.
Keeping in view the above mentioned fact as well as that the respondents-State does not raise any objection for the grant of prayer as recorded herein above, the order dated 17.11.2016 is recalled and the writ petitions i.e. CWP No. 14676-2016 is restored to its original numbers and RIYA 2024.05.31 13:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
