The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 05.05.2026 whereby respondent No.4-Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (for short 'CGRF') has dismissed his complaint dated 30.04.2026. He is further seeking direction to the respondent not to take any coercive action against him.

This is second round of litigation. The petitioner on an earlier occasion approached this Court by way of CWP-9239-2026. This Court vide order dated 17.04.2026 disposed of the said petition with the observation that the grievance stands redressed. He filed complaint dated DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.05.12 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-14726-2026 -230.04.2026 before respondent No.4-CGRF seeking setting aside of dues amounting to Rs.1,63,484/-. Respondent No.4-CGRF vide order dated 05.05.2026 has dismissed the complaint on the ground that the matter has been decided by this Court.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that respondent has included outstanding dues of another connection in his account. He has preferred representation before CGRF which has rejected his claim on the ground that matter has already been adjudicated by High Court. This Court has not adjudicated question of clubbing of two accounts and recovery from petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that petitioner has remedy to approach Ombudsman against order of CGRF but he has directly approached this Court.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach Ombudsman.

Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 7.
