RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.80, dated 13.04.2024, under Section 379-B, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.8, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and file an appropriate application there. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.
Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within ten days from today and applies for regular bail, the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
