(ORAL) Through this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of writ in the nature of habeas corpus for effecting release of detenue namely Sumaiya aged 17 years, from the alleged illegal custody of respondent No.4. Learned State counsel, drawing attention of this Court to reply dated 05.07.2018 in the shape of affidavit of Ashok Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Punhana, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of filing final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. against respondent No.4.
