These petitions have been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to respondent No.2 vide orders dated 04.01.2023, 05.01.2023, 13.04.2023 and 19.04.2023 passed by the Ld. Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar in FIR No.629 dated 21.10.2022 registered under Sections 365, 364-A and 34 IPC at Police Station Urban Estate, Hisar, District Hisar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petitions with liberty to file an application before the Court concerned.
