(Oral) The prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of the judgment dated 22.02.2011 (Annexure P-4), passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA Nos. 936 to 938 of 2009. A further prayer for direction to the respondents to issue No Dues Certificate in favour of the petitioners has also been made.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the authority concerned.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies available to them in accordance with law.
