***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) This petition is filed seeking direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to provide police protection to the petitioner and his employees for operating truck No.PB-03-AP-7628.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from Joginder Singh, ASI, Police Station Maur, has stated at the Bar that this petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has given in writing towards his satisfaction about the protection given by the State. In view thereof, the present petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
