Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner working as Teacher in Govt.Secondary School Kular, Jalandhar, which is affiliated to Punjab School Education Board, SAS Nagar Mohali, in the instant writ petition inter alia seeks a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to take over/absorb the services of the petitioner at par with her counterparts working in similar schools and grant her corresponding pay scale w.e.f. date of her appointment or to pay her the minimum pay of the respective grades of the corresponding categories of teaching staff as per conditions of affiliation laid down by Punjab School Education Board.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
