Petitioners seek a direction to respondent no. 2 not to interfere in their normal business activities. They are stated to be supplying sand after mining the same from the State of Himachal Pradesh. Learned State counsel at the outset submits that action, if any, against the petitioners shall be taken only as per law. He further submits that in case petitioners have all the permits and are not indulging in any illegal activity, State shall not interfere in their business activities. In view of stand taken by State no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
