The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to charge the price of the land at the present rates as delay in allotment was occurred due to the mistake of the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that for the relief claimed in the present writ petition, a representation dated 14.12.2015 (Annexure P-12) was filed before the respondent-Authorities. It was further submitted that the said representation has been rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioners, thus, prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh one by laying challenge to the said order passed by the respondent-Authorities. 3.
