(ORAL) In view of reply of the State, instant petitions of petitioner Mandeep Kaur are false and baseless in view of the fact that real brother of petitioner, namely, Harmail Singh @ Jot has already been booked and arrested in case FIR No.2 dated 03.01.2018 registered under Section 376-D IPC pertaining to Police Station Dehlon, District Ludhiana. In view of above, above-titled petitions are dismissed for want of prosecution and baseless as well.
