(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari, quashing the Demand Notice dated 30.10.2002 (Annexure P-5) issued by respondent No.3, demanding extension fee, order dated 06.09.2003 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.2, vide which the appeal of the petitioner against the Demand Notice was dismissed and setting aside order dated 20.12.2011 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.1, communicated to the petitioner vide letter dated 21.05.2012, rejecting the revision petition of the petitioner company. 2.
After arguing for sometime, when the Bench was not agreeing with the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was prayed that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned by way of filing the detailed and comprehensive representation.
