[1] Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

[2] These petitions under Section 438 Cr.P.C. are filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 473, dated 13th August, 2021, under Section 148, 149, 427 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Kundli, District Sonipat.

CRM-M-36002-2021 & CRM-M-36020-2021 -2- [3] The petitioners were granted interim bail on 2nd September, 2021 subject to joining investigation.

[4] Learned counsel for the State on instructions from H.C. Pardeep, submits that petitioners have joined the investigation but cooperation was not to the extent expected. On specific query, she does not have specific instructions as to what recovery is yet to be made. [5] From the allegations in the F.I.R., it is forthcoming that C.C.T.V. Camera and shutter of the shop were damaged by the petitioners by pelting stones.

[6] Considering the facts and circumstances in totality, since the petitioners have joined the investigation, no ground is made out for custodial interrogation.

[7] The interim bail granted to the petitioners-Chahat and Sachin @ Matha on 2nd September, 2021 is made absolute. [8] The petitions are disposed of.

[9] Photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected case.
